Our company use the services of Courier Post and NZ Couriers for the shipment of our orders. For items that are oversized, such as large panels or substantial bulk orders, we utilize Mainfreight for their transportation needs. It is important to note that customers are responsible for collecting their packages from the nearest Mainfreight depot. Should you require door-to-door delivery for oversized items, please reach out to us directly. Be advised that an additional charge will apply for this service.

We strive to dispatch most of our purchases on the same day we receive the payment, except during weekends and public holidays. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you of the expected additional delay.

The shipping prices provided in your orders, quotes, and invoices are estimates calculated by our carriers' shipping cost estimation tool. It is highly unlikely for these prices to increase unless the delivery address is located in a remote rural area, the site is inaccessible by a standard truck, or there are special delivery requirements. The final cost of delivery will be confirmed once we receive the invoice from our carrier.

We take utmost care in packaging all our shipments to minimise the risk of items getting damaged during transit. This involves securely packing solar panels in cardboard cartons, wrapping and strapping all packages on pallets, and using Fragile tape as preventive measures. While it is uncommon, there is a slight possibility of items getting damaged during transit.

Important Shipping Information:

- Do NOT sign for your items immediately upon delivery.
- Thoroughly inspect each item individually for any visible damage. If you have any doubts, remove them from their packaging for closer examination.
- Only sign for your items if you are completely satisfied that there is no damage.
- If you discover any damage or are uncertain about the condition of the items, please refuse to sign for them and report the damage to us as soon as possible.

Please be aware that once you sign for the goods, you accept full ownership of them in their current condition, and we are unable to replace any damaged components. If you provide an Authority to Leave, neither Micromall Solar nor the courier company can be held responsible for replacing damaged goods. However, we are more than happy to replace faulty products under warranty.

If you happen to find any broken items, we will make every effort to replace them as quickly as possible. However, it is essential that you inspect the goods for any damage BEFORE signing for them. Failure to adhere to these guidelines will make you responsible for the cost of damaged goods.

Once you receive your solar batteries, if you do not plan to install it immediately, please ensure that you charge the batteries regularly to maintain their condition and prevent damage. Neglecting to do so may void your warranty.
