Pick-Up Booking Recommended

To help ensure a smooth and efficient collection process, we recommend arranging your pick-up in advance. Advance notice allows our warehouse team to prepare your order before arrival and minimises waiting times, particularly for:

  • Large battery systems
  • Solar panels
  • Palletised freight
  • Commercial orders
  • Heavy or oversized items
📋 Collection & Vehicle Requirements

Customers are encouraged to inspect items at the time of collection to confirm condition. Our team is happy to assist with loading where practical; however, customers are responsible for ensuring:

  • Their vehicle is suitable for the goods being collected
  • Adequate load restraints are available if required
  • Weight limits and transport safety requirements are observed

🚛 Heavy & Oversized Freight Larger components and palletised logistics are managed via:

Applies to: Solar panels, lithium battery systems, large inverters, and commercial ESS equipment.
🏢 Depot Collection For oversized or dangerous goods, cargo may be delivered to the nearest Mainfreight or logistics depot. This helps reduce costs and ensures safer handling. Door-to-door option requests may incur extra fees. ⏱️ Dispatch Timeframes Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation. Timelines exclude weekends/holidays and can vary slightly during high-volume periods or for specialized items. 💵 Shipping Cost Estimates Costs on quotes and online orders are live carrier estimates. Extra adjustments may occasionally apply for rural routes, remote regions, tail-lift requirements, or special oversized freight profiles.

⚠️ Delivery Inspection & Transit Damage

We pack all equipment securely using protective wrapping and reinforced structural pallets. Although transit damage is uncommon, we strongly recommend:

  • Inspecting fragile components carefully upon arrival.
  • Checking packaging structural wrap for visible markings.
  • Noting any damage with the driver before signing.

*Important: Signing for your delivery confirms that the goods were received in acceptable condition. Signing without an inspection or opting for Authority to Leave (ATL) may limit courier liability.

🔋 Post-Delivery Battery Recommendations

If you do not plan to install your lithium battery systems immediately following delivery, please store them in a secure, dry, temperature-controlled workspace.

We recommend keeping up with periodic charging maintenance as highlighted in your product's technical guidelines to:

  • Preserve general cell chemistry longevity.
  • Maintain peak storage discharge capacity performance.
  • Protect your manufacturer product warranty eligibility.
