Order Discrepancies & Resolutions
| 🔄 Incorrect Items Received Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos. If the item is **unused, unopened, and in its original packaging**, we will arrange return shipping at our cost and dispatch the correct item upon receipt and inspection. |
🧠 Change of Mind • **Pre-dispatch:** We can cancel the order and issue a store credit. • **Post-dispatch:** Return the item within 7 working days of delivery for store credit (excludes shipping fees). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Items must be in "as new" condition with all manuals/accessories. Store credits are valid for 6 months. |
| 💥 Damaged Items on Arrival Contact us within 5 days of delivery providing photographic proof of both the product damage and packaging conditions. We will arrange a suitable replacement or repair. Please retain all original structural packaging layers until the dispute claim is resolved. | 🔍 Missing Items Notify us within 5 working days of delivery. If confirmed as our error following warehouse log and courier tracking checks, we will ship missing parts immediately. 📍 Delivery Issues & Non-Received Orders
If your order has not arrived within the expected freight timeframe, please act accordingly:
- Check the unique tracking link information provided via automated email dispatch alerts.
- Contact the direct freight carrier node for local transit route updates if necessary.
- If no resolution or timeline is found, contact our team within 7 working days.
*Please note: Delivery risks transfer once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the provided address or standard ATL (Authority to Leave) location. We strongly recommend choosing signature-required tracking methods for higher-value investments.
Warranty & Technical Assessment
Most Micromall Solar infrastructure equipment comes backed by extensive manufacturer or supplier structural warranties (typically 6 to 15 years depending explicitly on product classification parameters).
Our Troubleshooting Commitments:If an active component breaks inside structural warranty periods, we actively assist you through technical remote diagnostics, system repairs, or structural replacements (subject entirely to stock availability). If an identical unit is out of production, a store credit or adjusted refund options may apply. Technical Assessment Windows:All returned items undergo deep component inspection and functional validation loops. Please allow 5 to 7 working days for our engineers to complete formal performance evaluations upon component arrival. |
